The Leah that I know is refreshingly non-complex. Of all the anti-spammers, and a good portion of the human race, she is the most helpful, studious, and flat-out kind. Without the leg-up of a technical background, she has quickly acquired a cluefulness that should be the envy of too many Sysadmins. She possesses tremendous energy and passion, and works hard at combatting spam.
